The UPS Store — Establishment and finance at 929 White Plains Road, Trumbull, Connecticut.

I have been going to this UPS store since it opened. You would think by now that I would get a lovely greeting or a "have a nice day". Doesn't this owner realize that part of owning a business is public relations? The customer IS your business. This man is a robot. Doesn't acknowledge people and has no social skills. All he knows to ask is if your package contains batteries, etc. The post office is up the street and that's where I'll be heading in the future.

The person there (owner or manager) wanted to charge me "a few $" for a couple of strips of tape ! I took my package and left. What an absolute disgrace. Its a shipping store, they can't provide tape ? Fedex and USPS provide tape. I've heard from other people in town to stay away from this place... should have listened
